The Team
The Divisional Operations Branch is a small but mighty team made up of three Branch Coordinators, a Program Assistant, and the Manager, Divisional Operations. This close-knit and collaborative group works with staff across the division, fostering a friendly work environment and prioritizing work-life balance. The Role
The Program Assistant role offers an excellent opportunity to build your skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will provide essential financial and administrative support to the division, including managing records, reconciling expenditures, coordinating facilities and equipment issues, and assisting with HR administration. Your work will help streamline operations and support staff across the Ministry of Finance, making a meaningful impact while gaining valuable experience and expanding your professional network.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience Requirements
- Secondary School graduation or equivalent.
- Minimum one (1) year experience working in an office setting.
- Experience using MS office programs (such as Word, Outlook, Excel) and other standard computer applications.
Preference may be given to applicants with:
- Experience with iStore and PeopleSoft/CHIPs.
