The Team

The Role
The Change Management Advisor plays a key role in guiding program leaders and teams through impactful projects that improve services for clients across the province. With a focus on inclusive collaboration, this position provides expertise in communication, change management, and project implementation to support diverse and high-profile initiatives. We’re looking for a flexible and skilled professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is able to navigate evolving circumstances and manage multiple competing priorities. .
Qualifications:
Education and Experience Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Communications or social science field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Courses and/or experience in change management.
- Experience leading change management for projects with internal and external impacts.
- Experience coaching executive and project managers through their change management roles and responsibilities.
- Preference may be given to applicants with a certificate in change management.

The position headquarters will be Victoria, Vancouver, Richmond, Surrey and Prince George.
An eligibility list may be established to fill future temporary and permanent vacancies.
Flexible work options are available; this position may be able to work up to 3 days at home per week subject to an approved telework agreement.
A Criminal Record Check (CRC) will be required.
