The Team
The Assessment Services team is a dedicated and supportive group of professionals who work together to navigate complex and meaningful work. This established team of four Assessment Analysts and a Team Lead plays a vital role in handling over 1,500 estate referrals each year from across BC and beyond. Known for their flexibility, collaboration, and positive spirit, they regularly connect with individuals and families around the world to understand financial situations and relationships relating to an estate, while also partnering with Estate Administrators and administrative staff to ensure equitable, person-centred outcomes.

The Role
As an Assessment Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals and families during a difficult time by assessing whether the Public Guardian and Trustee (PGT) should administer an estate. You’ll review each unique situation to understand the financial picture, determine if someone else is able or willing to take responsibility, and make informed recommendations based on established criteria. This meaningful work offers a chance to grow your skills in estates, finance, law, and property, while working independently in a supportive team environment. The impact is real—clients often express deep gratitude for the clarity and compassion our analysts provide during moments of uncertainty and loss.
