The Team
The warehouse supervisor is responsible for the coordination of general assets for our Surrey location. This role is solely responsible for the highest volume of incoming assets at any location. In addition, the warehouse supervisor will lead and supervise two team leads and an established team of 7 stock workers.
The Role
This role supports ministries and broader public sector partners by overseeing warehousing, inventory, and the safe storage, movement, and redistribution of surplus assets. Working under the Operations Manager, the position supervises staff, manages contracts, and coordinates shipping, receiving, sales, and storage while interacting regularly with a wide range of clients. Qualifications:
Education and Experience Requirements
- Secondary school graduation or equivalent (i.e. GED).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in stores/warehouse environment.
- Experience leading/supervising others.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Preference may be given to applicants with:
- Auction house experience.
