Job Overview
The Manager, Service Delivery is responsible for the implementation, delivery, and integration of a variety of employment and assistance programs through partnerships with stakeholders in provincial, federal and municipal governments and, with community agencies.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience Requirements
- Related degree and three years of progressive experience in a service delivery organization, leading significant change initiatives and resolving complex staff, process and client issues or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must possess and maintain a valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License or a YB.C. Class 7 Driver’s License.
Preference may be given to applicants who have one (1) or more of the following:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
- Experience managing 15+ employees.
- One (1) or more year experience in a social service setting.
- Experience in large service delivery operation.
- Labor relations experience in managerial capacity.
Willingness Statements:
- Travel, as necessary, is a requirement; therefore, transportation arrangements must meet the operational requirements of the Ministry.
- May be required to use your own vehicle, with appropriate insurance, on an expense account basis.
