The Corporate Services Division provides valuable and accessible corporate services to support our people and the ministry’s strategic objectives. The Role
The Finance and Administration Clerk provides a variety of office administrative, and financial support services for the business unit. This includes liaising with stakeholders in the corporate services division to provide clerical services.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience Requirements

  • Secondary school graduation or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft application such as word and excel.
  • Demonstrated experience with database applications.
  • Experience working in an office setting.


Preference may be given to applicants with the following:

  • More years of required experiences and other preferences.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Experience in Interpreting and applying legislation, regulations and/or policies.

About this Position:
This position is open to current SDPR employees only.
Flexible work options are available, this position may be able to work up to one day at home per week subject to an approved telework agreement. 
An eligibility list may be established to fill future temporary and permanent vacancies.
A Criminal Record Check (CRC) will be required.
Employees of the BC Public Service must be located in BC at the time of employment.
