Job Overview
Reporting to the Team Lead Business Analyst the Technology Business Analyst will provide technology planning, business analysis, systems design, scrum leadership and client support services. The Technology Business Analyst provides technical and project management expertise for multiple, concurrent, medium sized projects from initiation to completion.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field and 2 years of related experience; OR
- Diploma in computer science or related field and 3 years related experience; OR
- Certificate in computer science or related field and 4 years related experience; OR
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
*Related experience must include:
- Experience providing business analysis on high-risk projects.
- Experience with business systems management.
Preference may be given to candidates with the following:
- Experience with business process mapping, requirements gathering, and design.
- Experience in conducting User Acceptance Testing.
- Experience with application design and development life cycle.
- Experience with Information Technology security.
- Experience or training in Agile, Change Management, or Project Management.
- Experience managing contracted resources.
- Experience with the installation, configuration, maintenance and/or problem resolution of hardware, software, operating systems and/or network components.

About this Position:
There are currently two (2) positions available.
This is a temporary opportunity until 08/02/2027. This position may be extended or become permanent.
Flexible work options are available; this position may be able to work 5 or more days at home per week subject to an approved telework agreement.
