The Team
The Office Manager reports to the Director of Operations for South Island Child and Youth Mental Health (CYMH) and supervises multiple team assistants in the Jutland, West Saanich and Esquimalt offices.
The Role
The Greater Victoria CYMH Office Manager provides strategic and operational leadership across three MCFD offices, supporting five multidisciplinary CYMH teams and approximately 48 clinical staff. The Office Manager is responsible for operations at the Jutland and West Saanich locations and divides their time between them. This role is essential in ensuring children, youth, and families in Greater Victoria receive timely, client-focused mental health services.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience Requirements
- Certificate or coursework in business or office administration and 1 or more years of *related experience; or
- Secondary School graduation (Dogwood, GED) and 2 or more years *related experience; or
- Evergreen and 3 or more years *related experience; or
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
*Related Experience must include:
- Experience providing administrative and financial support services for a group of staff.
- Experience leading others.
Preference may be given to applicants with:
- Six (6) months or more of experience supervising one or more administrative staff in an office environment within the last three (3) years. Supervisory experience includes team leadership, managing employee performance, conflict resolution, training and development.
- Experience providing administrative and financial support to multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience supporting Child and Youth Mental Health (CYMH) teams.
- Experience using MCFD applications including CRMS, ARCS/ORCS/, ICM, MIS and CRIS.
- Experience working with vulnerable children, youth, families and caregivers in the social services sector.
