This is a restricted lateral posting open to employees who hold a (Grid 18) base position

Job Overview
Reporting to the Procurement Contract Specialist within Divisional Services Branch, this position supports the ministry procurement lifecycle to acquire goods, services and/or construction through a variety of procurement processes.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma and 1 year related experience; OR
  • Certificate or coursework and 2 years related experience; OR
  • Secondary School graduation (Dogwood, GED) and 3 years related experience; OR
  • Evergreen and 4 years related experience OR
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Related Experience may include:

  • Experience in the full procurement life cycle for routine acquisitions.

Preference may be given to candidates with:

  • Experience with risk management.
  • Experience in procurement and contract management (including performance).

This position can be based in any SDPR office. The locations listed above are to assist applicants in searching for this opportunity and are not a complete list of locations.
Flexible work options are available; this position may be able to work from home up to 5 days a week subject to an approved telework agreement.
There is currently a temporary opportunity available until March 31, 2027. This appointment may be extended or become permanent.
