This is a restricted lateral posting open to employees who hold a Grid 18 base position.
Job Overview
Provide financial control & client service functions that support Banking & Client Services administration of critical corporate banking and payment services that support government revenue collection, post production payment and wire transfer processes.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience Requirements
- Completion of Second Level Financial Management and Control Program OR completion of two-year diploma/certificate in a business or other financial related field. Equivalent education and work experience may be considered.
- Minimum of 3 years work experience in a financial office work environment
- Experience preparing, analysing and monitoring bank reconciliation, financial controls, developing and documenting financial procedures
- Experience providing a high level of customer service and liaising with partners, customers and/or banking representatives.
Preference may be given to applicants with:
- Recent work experience working with government financial systems including the corporate financial system
- Experience working in a Canadian financial institution or large treasury operation.
- Experience working in government financial operations

About this Position:

Flexible work options are available; this position may be able to work up to 2 days at home per week subject to an approved telework agreement.
