Job Overview
This position receives and reviews incoming submissions, clarifies case information with clients and provides administrative support to the various teams within the ECE Registry, including management.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience Requirements
- Secondary school graduation or equivalent (such as a GED).
- Minimum of six (6) months of client/customer service experience.
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office suite products such as Word and Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience managing customer interactions over the phone on a consistent basis.
Preference may be given for any of the following:
- Experience working in an office setting providing administrative services.
- Experience working in the child care sector providing administrative services.
- Experience in the field of Early Childhood Education.
- Experience with data entry.
- Experience with CMS.
- Additional years of experience in any of the above requirements and/or preferences

About this Position:
This is a temporary opportunity until 10/09/2026. This position may be extended or become permanent.
Flexible work options are available; this position may be able to work up to 4 days at home per week subject to an approved telework agreement.
An eligibility list may be established to fill future temporary and permanent vacancies.
