This is a restricted lateral posting open to employees who hold a Grid 12 base position.
Job Overview
To manage the flow of documents and transactions throughout the procurement cycle, in support of contract managers.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience Requirements
- Secondary school graduation or equivalent.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience with financial transactions or related activities.
- A minimum of 6 months of experience with keyboarding, word processing, spreadsheets, databases and other standard computer applications (e.g., MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience in contract administration in a public sector environment.
Preference may be given to applicants with the following:
- Completion of the PCMP 100 course or any procurement and contract training.
- Experience with records management.
- One (1) or more years experience in contract administration.
