Job Overview
Working as an integral member of the Service BC team, the Program Analyst provides support to service delivery initiatives and programs. Provides project management, program analysis and evaluation, identifies service delivery opportunities, develops concepts and designs, recommends solutions and creates processes for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience Requirements
- Secondary School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Experience working in a public sector service delivery organization, primarily supporting frontline service team members.
- Experience working as part of a remote (virtual) team.
- Experience researching issues, gathering data, analysing results and providing advice and recommendations to senior management.
- Experience leading and supporting multiple projects and or components with conflicting priorities.
- Experience monitoring service level performance in a front line/client facing service organization.
- Experience drafting written materials such as service plans, briefing materials, project charters, planning documents, project evaluation documents, presentations, speaking notes and or reports.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite at a Basic level (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Preference may be given to applicants with one or more of the following:
- More years of experience in any of the above listed requirements.
- Degree, diploma or certification in project management, information management, business administration, public administration, or a related field.
