This is a restricted lateral posting open to employees who hold a Grid 27 base position

Job Overview
To lead and coordinate application development teams in the application development lifecycle and in planning, designing, developing, testing, enhancing and maintaining mission critical applications of significant complexity (multiple platforms, environments and technologies requiring integration of new and legacy systems), and cost.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a computer science related field and a minimum of 3 years of related experience; OR
  • Diploma in computer science field and a minimum of 4 years related experience; OR
  • Certificate or coursework in a computer science field and 5 years related experience; OR
  •  An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered

Related experience includes the following:

  • Experience working within an SAP enterprise environment, including the configuration, support, and enhancement of SAP ECC solutions, with a strong functional focus in one or more SAP module (e.g., Finance (FI), Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), Inventory and/or Warehouse Management) and understanding of integrations points across modules.
  • Experience executing end-to-end SAP IMG configuration, translating business requirements into functional designs and configuring solutions across complex, integrated enterprise environments.
  • Experience leading and contributing to SAP related projects, working collaboratively with cross-functional technical teams and vendor partners, and communicating complex SAP technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience analyzing business processes, recommending improvements, and supporting change initiatives in preparation for future system modernization.
  • Experience with SAP configuration change management processes, including the governance, testing, approval, and transport of configuration changes across system landscapes (DEV, QA, PROD).

Preference may be given to applicants with one or more of the following: 

  • Experience working within SAP S/4HANA, including migration, implementation, or post conversion support.
  • Experience in 2 or more SAP modules (e.g., Finance (FI), Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), Inventory and/or Warehouse Management).
  • Experience working in Waterfall, Agile, or Scrum methodologies to support the planning, delivery, and sustainment of technology solutions.
