This is a restricted lateral posting open to employees who hold a Grid 9 base position

Job Overview
This position is primarily responsible for providing administrative, secretarial and clerical support to the Deputy
Wardens of Operations and Programs, as well as providing assistance when required to the Assistant Deputy
Wardens of other departments.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience Requirements

  • Grade 12
  • 3 years experience (preferably in the provincial government) or equivalent secretarial/ stenographic experience
  • 2 years of administrative support/secretarial experience/training
  • experience/training in keyboarding, word processing, spreadsheet and other standard computer applications
  • 50 words per minute keyboarding speed
  • Security fingerprinting and screening/reference checks.

This is a temporary opportunity until 03/01/2027. This position may be extended or become permanent.
This position has full time on-site requirements.
