This is a restricted lateral posting open to employees who hold a Grid 24 base position.

Job Overview
The Program Evaluation Analyst analyzes, evaluates program performance and provides recommendations for business process improvement. Working with the team of Business Application Analysts under the supervision of the Business Innovation Manager, the Analyst researches, analyzes, recommends and develops workforce models, performance management metrics and service delivery improvements across Provincial Centralized Screening (PCS). The Analyst supports and leads the enhancement of technical platforms in partnership with the technical teams across the social service sector. The Analyst also provides support and training to PCS staff on technology, business applications and operational processes.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field with two years related experience; or an equivalent combination of experience, education and/or training may be considered. The duration of each experience may vary, but must include all experience statements listed below.
  • Experience in analyzing and evaluating program performance.
  • Experience with workforce modelling, management and/or analysis of workforce trends.
  • Experience in data monitoring and evaluation.
  • Experience in writing a variety of documents, such as briefing materials/reports/recommendations/presentations.

Preference may be given to applicants with:

  • Experience in supporting enhancements of technical platforms or providing training on technical platforms.
  • Experience using Teleopti or other scheduling platforms.

Flexible work options are available; this position may be able to work up to 3 days at home per week subject to an approved telework agreement.
