Job Overview
Under the supervision of the Business Administrator, the Assets and Inventory Administrator is to direct the order, receive, store and distribute inventory of materials and linens to their required locations. To purchase and check incoming materials and shipments, ensure accuracy and completeness of received items. To maintain and update stock information on computer systems, optimize space utilization and determine efficient methodologies. Additionally, maintenance of fleet vehicles and oversight.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience Requirements
- Secondary school graduation or equivalent.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
PREFERENCE MAY BE GIVEN TO APPLICANTS WITH:
- Experience working in a logistics or warehouse role.
PROVISOS/WILLINGNESS STATEMENTS:
- Ability to perform physically demanding work duties, ranging from pushing and pulling heavy objects (up to 100lbs) to crouching, kneeling, bending and handling.
- Must possess and maintain a valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License with no restriction or equivalent (i.e. from another Canadian Province).
