Job Overview
The Records and Program Clerk provides administrative and financial support to the Strategic Priorities Group Staff and the Deputy Minister’s Office. The position coordinates office administration functions, facilities and asset management. This position will also provide technical advice and support to ministry records custodians and ensure ministry records systems are in compliance with legislative and policy requirements.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience Requirements
• Secondary school graduation or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of experience providing administrative and financial support services for a group of staff.
• Experience working with highly confidential issues and using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and MS Office Suite.
• Minimum 2 years experience working in a records management environment.
• Minimum 1 year of electronic records management systems and/or database programs experience.

About this Position:
