Job Overview
The Manager, Partnership and Outreach leads a multidisciplinary team responsible for strengthening external partnerships, advancing internal communications and culture, and overseeing public-facing web content to support ministry priorities. This role provides senior strategic advice to executive leadership, develops engagement and communications strategies, and ensures consistent, effective communication with partners, staff, and the public. The position builds and maintains strong relationships internal to government and external stakeholders, manages sensitive issues with diplomacy and sound judgement, and represents the ministry on key initiatives and committees. It is part of the leadership team in the Assoc, DMO and reports to the Executive Director.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree in business administration, public administration, related field or equivalent. 
  • Experience in leadership roles in a professional organization, or management environment.
  • Experience in creating and delivering executive-level presentations for the purpose of decision making.
  • Experience establishing collaborative relationships with senior leaders and leading organizational change associated with implementation. 
  • Experience leading and coaching multi-disciplinary senior management teams in the development and implementation of a diverse range of projects.

This position can be based out of any of the location(s) listed above.
Flexible work options are available; this position may be able to work up to 3 days at home per week subject to an approved telework agreement.
An eligibility list may be established to fill both current and/or future permanent vacancies.
