The Team
Corporate Services is an established team that plays a key role in supporting organizational success through collaboration, process improvement, and client‑focused service delivery. The team holds five positions, though it is currently staffed by two dedicated employees who work closely with Authorization Administration and Front Counter staff to ensure seamless service and operational efficiency. The Role
This role provides end‑to‑end coordination and support for a wide range of operational activities, including Engineering, Range, Stewardship, Timber Pricing, BC Bid processes, and contract financing and invoicing. In this position, you will deliver technical and administrative support that directly enables effective resource authorization and regional operations, positively impacting the citizens and clients we serve. Qualifications:
Education and Experience Requirements
- Secondary school graduation and clerical experience and/or training; OR,
Clerical experience and/or training includes the following:
- Experience in keyboarding, word processing, creating spreadsheets and working with standard computer applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Experience and/or training with business writing, editing and formatting.
- Experience with contract management and administration policies, standards and procedures.
- An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.
Preference may be given to candidates with one or more of the following:
- Experience in financial management including accounts payable, receivables and the general ledger, as well as computer assisted accounting and reporting systems.
- Experience identifying problems and developing options for resolution within policies and guidelines.
- Experience coding, processing, storing, tracking and retrieving records and information.
- Experience computing a variety of mathematical calculations and using applications to enter and retrieve data, performing accounting functions and producing financial reports.
- Experience with managing workload priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Training and/or coursework in contract administration.

About this Position:
Flexible work options are available; this position may be able to work up to 2 days at home per week subject to an approved telework agreement.
