Job Overview
The Operations Manager provides inclusive and supportive leadership to staff while overseeing people, finances, contracts, and day-to-day operations to deliver effective and equitable services. The role builds strong relationships with employees, clients, partners, and government organizations, ensuring diverse perspectives are welcomed, concerns are addressed respectfully, and services are accessible and responsive to the needs of different communities. The manager also supports continuous improvement, safety, accountability, and responsible resource management while helping advance the organization’s business and service goals.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience Requirements
- Degree in business administration, public administration or an equivalent combination education and experience may be considered.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse or inventory management.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience supervising customer service staff.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working in an auction experience.
- Experience developing and maintaining working relationships and resolving problems with partners.
- Experience working with SAP.
Preference may be given to applicants with:
- Vehicle and mechanical experience.
