Through the planning, development, and auction of a significant portion of the province's annual timber supply, BCTS provides the market-based pricing and cost benchmark data that underpin British Columbia's timber pricing system. Working at the intersection of public service, resource management, and business operations, BCTS collaborates with government, industry, communities, and First Nations to deliver sustainable forest management and generate value for the people of British Columbia. BC Timber Sales is recognized for its operational excellence, innovation, and commitment to advancing provincial priorities across a complex and evolving natural resource landscape.

Success in this role requires the ability to think strategically, act decisively, and build strong partnerships across government, industry, First Nations, and local communities. This is a rare opportunity to influence the future of forestry in British Columbia while leading a highly skilled team committed to innovation, stewardship, and exceptional results.

    • Experience leading and coaching multi-disciplinary senior management teams.
