Description

The Team
The Executive Director of Service Office (EDSO) is the central leadership support team for the region. It helps ensure service delivery aligns with ministry priorities and that day-to-day operations run smoothly. The office supports consistent and compliant HR and operational practices and maintains accurate workforce and organizational data.

The Role
The Operations Administrator plays a key role in supporting consistent and accurate human resource practices across the Service Delivery Area (SDA) by coordinating with Office Managers and ensuring alignment in organizational structure. This position is responsible for maintaining the integrity of workforce data across MyHR and internal systems, generating workforce-related reports, and ensuring timely submission of HR data. It also involves regularly updating and distributing organizational charts to reflect staffing changes and reporting lines and supporting position data accuracy to ensure consistency across all HR platforms.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience Requirements

 

  • Diploma or higher in a relevant field and at least 6 months related experience; OR
  • Certificate in a relevant field or some related coursework and at least 1-year related experience; OR
  • Secondary School graduation (Dogwood, GED) and at least 2 years related experience; OR
  • Evergreen and at least 3 years related experience; OR
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
     

*Relevant fields of education may include Project Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Operations Management, Communications, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Analytics.
 

Related Experience must include
 

  • Experience handling multiple priorities concurrently.
  • Experience providing customer service in a professional office setting.
  • Experience managing and creating excel documents used for retaining data.
     

Preference may be given to applicants with one or more of the following:
 

  • Experience with data analysis, data manipulation, and report generation.
  • Experience working with highly confidential and sensitive issues or documents.
  • Experience assisting with human resource administrative functions, payroll or leave management including consulting with the appropriate parties for guidance, submitting paperwork and verifying information.
  • More years of experience in any of the above required or preferred experiences.
