The Team
The Mail Prep team is an experienced and collaborative group that works together to deliver accurate, high-quality results on tight timelines. The team uses advanced technology to support document processing and works closely with manual inserting teams to keep operations running smoothly. They value teamwork, attention to detail and a supportive workplace where everyone’s contributions are respected and valued.

The Role
In this role, you will help deliver accurate, error-free work while meeting short turnaround times and maintaining high standards. Your work directly supports the citizens and clients we serve, making attention to detail, reliability and teamwork essential to building trust and delivering quality service.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience Requirements

  • Grade 12 diploma or equivalent (e.g. GED).
  • 2 years of experience and/or training in a mechanical and computerized production environment maintaining a high level of accuracy and consistency in work produced.
