Within the Divisional Operations Team at the Corporate Services Division (CSD), you'll be part of a fun, close-knit team that believes great work happens when people feel supported and included. The Role
As a Branch Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of the Corporate Financial and Forecasting Services (CFFS) Branch, helping keep operations running smoothly and supporting the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). From coordinating meetings and recruitment activities to supporting onboarding, branch projects, and key business priorities, you'll play an important role in helping the team succeed. Qualifications:
Education and Experience Requirements
- Secondary school graduation or equivalent
- Experience providing administrative and/or financial support in a professional environment and/or customer service-oriented environment, managing deadlines and prioritizing multiple concurrent tasks.
- Experience managing diverse workloads effectively and independently.
- Experience typing, formatting, proofreading and editing a variety of documents and materials using MS Word, Excel and, and experience with databases, intranet and other standard computer applications.
Preference may be given to applicants with one (1) or more of the following:
- Post-secondary education, or training in office administration or a closely related field.
- Experience providing support to senior management.
- Experience managing the FOI process and tracking.
- Experience dealing with highly confidential and sensitive issues.
- Experience using tracking systems such as CLIFF and/or e-Approvals and records management such as ARCS/ORCS.

About this Position:
Flexible work options are available, this position may be able to work up to two (2) days at home per week subject to an approved telework agreement.
An eligibility list may be established to fill future temporary and permanent vacancies.
