The Team
HealthLink BC (HLBC) delivers digital and telehealth services across the continuum of care to British Columbians and health care providers. HLBC bridges the gap before, between, and after in-person community services to best support the patient in the optimization of their health; and health care providers in their aim to achieve the highest clinical outcome for their patients. HLBC is designed to support the citizens of BC, both unattached and attached, by providing access to timely health information and services within the broader, complex health system.
The Role
The Lead Provincial Attachment Coordinator provides leadership and operational oversight for the team of Provincial Attachment Coordinators supporting the Provincial Attachment System (PAS), a long-term program to connect every patient to a primary care provider and collect data to inform health system planning. This role ensures consistent application of data quality standards, reporting frameworks, and training programs across the province. The Lead acts as the primary liaison between HealthLink BC, health authorities, and system vendors, driving continuous improvement and alignment with ministry priorities.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience Requirements
- Degree, diploma, or combination of training/experience/education in a related field
- A minimum of 3 years recent supervisory experience
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a contact center or customer service driven environment
- A minimum of 2 years recent experience in delivery of digital citizen centric solutions
- A minimum of 3 years recent experience with stakeholder engagement/relationship management
- Experience managing a number of concurrent projects, initiatives or complex tasks
- Demonstrated user experience at the moderate to advanced skill level with Microsoft programs
- Successful completion of security screening requirements of the BC Public Service, which may include a criminal records check and/or Criminal Records Review Act (CRRA) check, and/or enhanced security checks as required by the ministry. (Note – It is important that you read the job posting carefully to understand the specific security screening requirements pertaining to the position)
Preference may be given to those with:
- Experience with project management
- Experience with a contact center, digital service delivery, and partner engagement within the health care sector
- Experience previously supervising or leading a large team (greater than 10) of direct reports
- Experience providing leadership or supervision within a collective agreement environment

This competition is geographically restricted to Burnaby and Langley.
This position requires full-time, in-person work at the physical location listed.
